Frontdesk — answers questions about this engine, hands off when unsure

Answers anyone about this engine — workflows, runs, failures, waiting approvals, how-to — from a read-only view of its API, plus the chat’s memory and the subscription’s instructions. “Why did X fail” goes to retrospective; below the confidence floor it hands off to a named workflow or to a person (approval with the draft).

What it does

The engine’s front desk: answers questions about this wfnexus engine (workflows, runs, failures, waiting approvals, how-to) from a read-only view of its API, in a WhatsApp conversation or a manual run. Delegates “why did this fail” to retrospective; when unsure, hands off to an allowed workflow or to a person through an approval holding the draft reply.

env HANDOFF_WORKFLOWS: the only workflows it may hand off to, comma separated
env MIN_CONFIDENCE: below this a person sees the draft first (default 0.7)
